Description
Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.
Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings.
Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide strategic advice to clients on risk management and legal implications.
Represent clients in negotiations and other related legal proceedings.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

Profile A successful candidate should have:
Three to five years of commercial real estate experience (class years 2021-2023)
Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing
Record of high academic achievement
Experience in a sophisticated law‑firm environment
Strong drafting, analytical, and transactional skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client demands
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to professional growth
Job Offer
Starting base salary expected between $260,000 and $365,000, based on experience and job‑related factors.
Up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full-time employment.
10 paid holidays annually.
