Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads

Assist the Property Manager in communicating with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, and building relationships with the community.

Solve problems by overcoming objections

Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale

Support other team members by assisting them as needed

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:

Help achieve weekly goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal

Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%

Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
