What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage real estate efforts in support of macro new build and modification programs
Oversee vendor activities related to site acquisition and A&E partners
Negotiate leases or amendments and manage workflow forecasts
Obtain governmental approvals and permits necessary for projects
Assist with special projects as they arise
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction project management experience
Experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors
Familiarity with the upper midwestern region
Ability to accurately forecast deliverables and maintain database information
Excellent communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with the employer
Experience with database tracking systems/tools, specifically with the employer's processes and tools (FUZE)
