What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage small cell real estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
Oversee vendor activities related to site acquisition and A&E partners
Obtain necessary governmental approvals and permits for project progression
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and drive project outcomes
Handle purchase order management and assist with special projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must have telecom/wireless small cell real estate experience with strong project management skills
Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors
Familiarity with working on projects in the midwest or central region
Experience with database tracking systems/tools, preferably with the employer's processes (FUZE)
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous carrier experience, ideally working at or with the employer
Proven ability to accurately forecast deliverables and maintain database information
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in overcoming project challenges
