We are seeking a Lead Superintendent with hands‑on experience managing ground‑up K–12 construction projects. This role will oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily field operations for K–12 ground‑up construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site staff to maintain project schedules
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Collaborate with project management and design teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow
Monitor project progress, budgets, and materials, proactively addressing challenges
Mentor and guide junior superintendents and field staff
Qualifications:
Proven experience leading K–12 ground‑up commercial construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks on fast‑paced projects
Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering projects on time
