We are seeking a highenergy Accounting Clerkto support daytoday accounting, financial reporting, and operational review activities for designated operating locations.
Responsibilities Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparation of financial statements for assigned operating locations Reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare monthly narrative analysis of significant variances to budget and forecast Complete monthly fourmonth financial forecasts Perform rate analysis and review Update and maintain operational and financial tracking spreadsheets and reports Review commercial and residential customer contracts to ensure accurate pricing and billing alignment Review expense and capital invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance Communicate financial information effectively with business partners Assist with quarterly SarbanesOxley compliance and reviews Participate in the annual budgeting process Perform other duties as assigned Assist with preparation for year end accounting work papers Research and correct Account Receivable errors
Ideal Candidates Will Have Finance or Accounting degree strongly preferred, but not required Recent graduates will be considered Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
