The part-time Senior Human Resources Generalist is a strategic partner providing a full range of human resources services for AMIkids Programs. This role promotes AMIkids’ policies, procedures, and practices while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, conflict resolution, and crisis management

Partner with all levels of management on HR‑related matters to ensure consistent, fair, and balanced administration of policies and practices

Provide proactive HR guidance, interpretation, and support to Team Members and leaders

Align business objectives with Team Members and leadership to support organizational goals

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, promoting a culture of fairness, accountability, and respect

Proactively identify employee relations trends and develop strategies to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
