We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer
with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and end-to-end Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership experience, hands‑on development skills, and a proven ability to design secure, scalable, and high‑performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
This role requires expertise in Salesforce architecture, classic‑to‑lightning migrations, integrations with third‑party systems, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using
Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Build solutions using Salesforce configurations (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
Lead end‑to‑end technical implementations including:
Classic to Lightning migrations
Data migrations
Systems integrations
Third‑party application integrations
Custom application development
Design and implement secure, high‑performance solutions on the Force.com platform
Integrate Salesforce with cloud and on‑premises systems using REST & SOAP APIs
Implement authentication protocols including OAuth
Follow SDLC best practices including coding standards, version control, and change management
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments
Support DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipeline integration
Develop custom reports and dashboards as needed
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands‑on experience with:
Apex programming
Visualforce pages
Apex Triggers
Aura Components
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience implementing no‑code/low‑code solutions (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
Experience in Salesforce architecture assessment and solution design
Experience in end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations
Experience with REST & SOAP web services, JSON, XML
Strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on‑premises applications
Strong understanding of SDLC processes, version control, and change management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DevOps tools such as Flosum and Git
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
Experience creating custom Salesforce reports and dashboards
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Salesforce certifications are a plus
