Principal Product Manager – Loyalty (Remote)
to lead our loyalty program,
Dorrus Beyond . You’ll own the end-to-end loyalty experience—setting strategy, designing the member journey, and driving measurable growth in acquisition, engagement, and retention—while ensuring the program remains profitable and sustainable. Primary Responsibilities
Own the complete Dorrus Beyond loyalty program from strategy through execution and performance measurement Define and optimize the loyalty member journey from enrollment through ongoing engagement Develop and refine loyalty tiers, benefits, and reward structures Design point earning and redemption mechanics across all travel verticals Collaborate with partners to create exclusive loyalty benefits and special offers Create strategies to improve member acquisition, engagement, and retention Analyze member behavior and key metrics to identify optimization opportunities Lead implementation of personalization features based on member data and preferences Work with engineering teams to deliver new loyalty features and technical capabilities Partner with marketing on loyalty communications and promotions Develop financial models and business rules to ensure program profitability Fully remote position — work from anywhere Lead a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and loyalty specialists Structured onboarding and training process Growth opportunities in a fast-moving travel startup Opportunity to build and grow a core business driver with significant customer impact What We Value

Travel loyalty experience (airlines, hotels, OTAs) Knowledge of gamification techniques to drive engagement Understanding of regulatory considerations for loyalty programs across markets Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data management Experience with partnership and coalition loyalty models Background in marketing automation and personalized communications MBA or relevant advanced degree in business or marketing
