This role is embedded within UBS Asset Management’s Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) business, focusing on sustainable and impact investing strategies. The appointed specialist will be responsible for the execution of investment due diligence, focusing on sustainability and impact-oriented private markets strategies. The position requires keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting sustainable and impact investing funds. You will be joining a vibrant team that focuses on delivering actionable insights and innovative solutions to wealth management clients interested in sustainable private market investments. As part of the GWM Alternatives Platform team located in New York, you will actively collaborate with colleagues globally, particularly in London and Zurich. The position also entails active participation in continuous learning and promoting a culture of sharing ideas within the team. Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing investment due diligence on sustainability and impact-focused private markets strategies. Evaluate managers’ investment processes, portfolios, and risk management capabilities. Source differentiated sustainability and impact investment opportunities for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Partner with internal colleagues to advise investment committees and clients. Develop and present written memos for the UGA Platform Investment Committee. Maintain rigorous post-investment monitoring, including meetings with fund managers and preparing annual reports. Collaborate with internal UGA teams across various functions to support the investment lifecycle. Stay informed about industry trends and market events impacting sustainable investing. Requirements

Ideally 7+ years of experience in financial markets. Experience with investment due diligence for private markets funds. Familiarity with sustainable and impact investing. An existing network with alternative asset managers. Experience working with financial advisors and high-net-worth clients. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CPA, or CAIA credentials are favorable. Securities licenses, including the Series 7 and Series 66, are required or must be obtained. Benefits
