What You’ll Do...\nEvent Meeting Delivery

Manage the end-to-end meeting delivery process for SICs/meetings at events, including updates in the meeting workflow tool and CRM, calendar coordination, discussion leader management, continuous auditing and post-event wrap-up.

Work with account teams to validate meeting topics, ensuring the discussion aligns with the customer’s needs and objectives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to source discussion leaders working independently or in partnership with the program lead to ensure the right discussion leaders are aligned to each meeting.

Ensure meeting prep canvases are completed by account team through reminders and follow-ups so stakeholders are fully prepared for each meeting.

Work with the larger Events Team to align on event requirements and timelines.

Project Management

Help to deliver updates to the meeting delivery team channel and share post-call action items.

Support demand generation outreach efforts to boost requests for meetings.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and assets into a Single Source of Truth resource doc.

Support the preparation of event supported communications assets such as \"Know Before You Go\" canvases, field-facing decks, report hubs and recap reports.

Assist with additional administrative and project management tasks as needed.
