We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning, management, and execution of world‑class meeting experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys bringing events to life, and can balance hands‑on meeting execution with broader project management responsibilities. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and high‑touch hospitality that define the Executive Meeting Suite experience. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end meeting delivery process for SICs/meetings at events, including updates in the meeting workflow tool and CRM, calendar coordination, discussion leader management, continuous auditing and post‑event wrap‑up. Work with account teams to validate meeting topics, ensuring the discussion aligns with the customer’s needs and objectives. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to source discussion leaders working independently or in partnership with the program lead to ensure the right discussion leaders are aligned to each meeting. Ensure meeting prep canvases are completed by account team through reminders and follow‑ups so stakeholders are fully prepared for each meeting. Work with the larger Events Team to align on event requirements and timelines. Requirements

Experienced. 2+ years of experience in Event Coordination, Executive Briefing Programs, Field Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Execution Focused. Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and programs independently. Strong time management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Excellent Communicator. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and engage confidently with executive customers and stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of partners. Customer‑Centric. Brings a customer‑first mindset to working with internal and external stakeholders, with strong attention to detail across every aspect of the customer experience. Agile. Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments. Must Have Skills

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $30.42 - $31.42/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
