What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the end-to-end meeting delivery process for strategic events, including coordination and post-event wrap-up

Collaborate with account teams to ensure meeting topics align with customer needs and objectives

Coordinate with internal teams to source discussion leaders and prepare necessary meeting materials

Support project management tasks, including communication updates and administrative duties

Assist in demand generation efforts to increase meeting requests and participation

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Event Coordination, Executive Briefing Programs, Field Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with executive customers

Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset in all interactions

Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with CRM and meeting workflow tools

Familiarity with creating communication assets for events

Background in project management or coordination within a technology-driven environment

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
