What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the end‑to‑end meeting delivery process for events, ensuring alignment with customer needs and objectives
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to source discussion leaders and prepare meeting materials
Support demand generation outreach efforts to increase meeting requests
Coordinate information gathering and preparation of event communications assets
Assist with additional administrative and project management tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Event Coordination, Executive Briefing Programs, Field Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong time management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with executive customers
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of partners
Customer‑centric mindset with attention to detail in the customer experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders independently
Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in fast‑paced environments
Familiarity with event management tools and CRM systems
Previous experience in a software or technology‑focused environment
