As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and evolving our global compensation programs. You’ll partner closely with HR, leaders across the business, and cross‑functional teams to create compensation solutions that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to our strategy.
Solution Consultant Your primary responsibility will be demonstrating Tyler’s Public Safety solution to prospective clients during the sales process.
Product Manager / Team Lead This is a player/coach role responsible for both leading a growing product team and serving as the lead Product Manager for the platform. The ideal candidate brings strong GovTech experience, a modern product mindset, and the ability to shape a modular platform that functions as a cross‑product citizen experience layer.
Senior Software Engineer Solid development, systems, and automation expertise, working in a full stack environment, and demonstrated experience building fault‑tolerant applications at scale on cloud infrastructure.
Senior Payroll Administrator Responsible for accurate and timely administration of multi‑state US and Canada payroll.
