In your role as The Innovation Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible to provide classroom equipment or process training to employees as needed. You'll work with departments to evaluate training needs and develop courses (material content for instructor led or computer-based modules) to remedy technical knowledge gaps. Also, you'll generate instruction schedules, create new class events and sessions in a learning management system, and document learner attendance and exam performance (if applicable). Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Instruct 60 80 training modules per year. Conduct training needs analysis, instructional design, curriculum development, delivery and coordination. Collaborate with or assist internal subject matter experts to design courses. Design and teach blended learning courses as required. Design and publish computer-based training courses as requested through ticketing system. Partner with technical trainers from Korea to transfer courses to SAS. Monitor course feedback and make delivery/content changes as warranted. Utilize Learning Management System for all training-related administrative activities including: Class Session/Event creation and scheduling; Printing, entering, and closing out class rosters; Pulling data and reports; and Assigning training to departments or site-wide as required. Here's what you'll need: B.S. or graduate degree in Adult Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Engineering or equivalent work experience required. 3+ years experience as a semiconductor engineering (equipment or process) technician with adept mechanical skills required. Familiarity with the following systems: Vacuum, RF, Electronics, Sensors, Robotics, Pneumatics and Motors & Controllers required. Must be proficient in all aspects of the instruction process: training needs analysis, instructional design, curriculum development, delivery and coordination. Strong stand-up instruction skills required. Strong program management skills required. Strong skills in e-learning content development (Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate) preferred.
