The Policy Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing and issuing new insurance applications within the New Business department. This role supports the timely and accurate processing of Final Expense, Ancillary, and/or Medicare Supplement policies by following established procedures and collaborating with team members across underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality and turnaround time.**Job Description*** Review new insurance applications for accuracy and completeness* Process and issue policies according to established guidelines* Identify and document errors or missing information* Work with underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry teams to resolve issues* Escalate customer concerns/issues to leadership for resolution when appropriate.* Meet daily quality and turnaround time expectations**Required Qualifications*** 1+ years experience in administrative processing, data entry, or production based work environment* 6+ months experience reviewing applications and documenting errors, or performing general Quality Audits* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively* Comfortable navigating multiple systems to complete daily tasks* Strong written and verbal communication skills**Preferred Qualifications*** Prior experience in insurance operations, data entry, or administrative support* Familiarity with Final Expense, Ancillary , Medicare Supplement products* Experience working in a production or metrics-based environment**Education*** High school diploma or GED**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
