Job Title: Marketing Manager. Location: New York, NY.
Job Responsibilities:Drive marketing programs to build Client's social media advertising across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) with hands-on keyboard ad campaign management.Run A/B marketing experiments to develop digital advertising strategies.Plan and deliver online campaigns, including marketing strategy, content copy, and creative optimizations.Manage creator facing communications, program updates, and advertising campaign status changes.Partner with internal teams on broader program updates and initiatives.Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:1-2 Years Digital Campaign Management (social media advertising)1-2 Years Partner Relationship ManagementCreator communications most important- sometimes creators are anxious- put them at ease.Ad launches on social media before. Interface on social media partners.Running experiments on platforms.AB testingContent curation and review- establish content principals and see if it meets Client standards then sending that to creators.Data analytics will not be started off with, but will work up to that.Being creative is important. Experience making content, using content editing is helpful.Nice to haves:Content Creators Relationship
Work with partner/ client communication. Email responses. This is more important than working with creators.Degree/ Certification Requirements:Bachelors requiredYears of Experience:2 years minimum. 4-5 is preferred.
