Product Operations is responsible for the development and commercialization of an offering portfolio by improving execution and governance of strategy and process. The Product Operations team works closely with Offering Managers and cross-functional departments, such as engineering/R&D, manufacturing/sourcing or software development, internal sales and field sales, marketing, as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.The Director of Operational Excellence will drive innovation quality and commercial execution in Honeywell’s global offering portfolio by owning the Global Design Models (GDMs) for Offering Management and Product Operations, including the creation, development, governance, maturity, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. This includes the processes and enterprise digital tools that support them.This role reports to Senior Director of Product Operations and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina (other US hubs of Houston and Atlanta are also acceptable locations).Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
