We are seeking a

Senior Business Analyst

with strong experience in SimCorp Dimension (SCD) to support a large SimCorp migration project.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements across investment operations, asset management, and accounting functions

Lead and support configuration, functional testing, and enhancement initiatives within SimCorp Dimension

Collaborate closely with technology teams to help optimize SimCorp system design and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs

Contribute to process improvements and operating model enhancements to drive efficiency, scalability, and control

Support release management, regression testing, and production validation activities

Requirements

Strong Business Analyst background within asset management, pension funds, or financial services

Strong hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension

Solid understanding of investment products, trade lifecycle workflows, and operational processes

Experience documenting requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications

Proven track record working in cross-functional teams and delivering change in a structured project environment

Nice to have

Experience with SCD configuration, data management, or integration workflows

Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or reporting solutions

Exposure to agile delivery frameworks and project governance methodologies

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000.
