Spice – South Texas is expanding and we’re looking for a driven Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing team in McAllen, TX.
We move a high volume of produce freight across the Midwest, East Coast, and West Coast, working with some of the most recognized companies in the produce industry. Our team is growing quickly and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with reliable carriers
Secure trucks and cover loads for our customers
Negotiate competitive freight rates
Track shipments and maintain communication with carriers
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
Experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Competitive and highly motivated mindset
Compensation
Base salary starting at $50,000
Weekly performance bonuses based on loads covered
Additional bonuses tied to performance and margin goals
