
Inside Channel Manager

About The Role
Access One is seeking a motivated Inside Channel Manager to support the growth and development of our national partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for recruiting new channel partners, managing partner relationships, and helping drive revenue through indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management within the technology industry and is eager to build a career in channel development. This is a high‑visibility role working closely with channel leadership to help scale our partner program across MSPs, VARs, agents, and strategic technology partners.
Key Responsibilities Partner Recruitment
Identify, prospect, and recruit new channel partners aligned with Access One’s ideal partner profile
Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry networks
Qualify potential partners and introduce them to the Access One partner program
Partner Development
Support onboarding of new partners including program education, tools, and sales enablement
Maintain regular communication with partners to identify opportunities and drive engagement
Help partners position Access One solutions including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and connectivity
Pipeline Development
Generate and support partner-driven sales opportunities
Work with partners to identify customer needs and align appropriate solutions
Collaborate with channel managers, sales engineers, and internal sales teams to move deals forward
Partner Management
Track partner activity and engagement within CRM systems
Maintain accurate records of partner recruitment, pipeline, and opportunities
Assist with partner communications, campaigns, and enablement initiatives
Internal Collaboration
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales engineering, and channel leadership
Support partner events, webinars, and marketing initiatives
Provide feedback on partner trends, opportunities, and market insights
Qualifications Required
1–2 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management
Experience working in the technology industry (MSP, telecom, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT services)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized with strong follow‑through
Comfortable with outbound outreach and prospecting
Local to Chicago and able to come into the office on a hybrid schedule
Preferred
Experience working with channel partners such as MSPs, VARs, agents, or system integrators
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Experience supporting partner-driven sales motions

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE
OTE: $100,000 - $130,000
