About Our Client
Our client, a iconic luxury accessories brand, is seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead their Northeast territory—one of the most dynamic and opportunity-rich regions in the country. This role oversees a team of approximately 8 Account Executives across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. This is not a role focused on managing activity—it’s about
building people, strengthening territories, and growing meaningful retail partnerships
over time.
Salary $150k-$200k + bonus + benefits
Key Responsibilities
Develop Account Executives:
Coach AEs to operate as trusted advisors through in-store, real-time mentoring, business analysis, and territory strategy.
Strengthen Territories:
Build balanced, productive territories by growing existing accounts and opening high-quality new accounts.
Partner with Retailers:
Collaborate alongside AEs to improve sell-through, curate assortments, and drive retailer success.
Drive Growth:
Expand key accounts ($25K+), increase shipments, and deliver consistent, sustainable performance.
Lead Through Culture:
Model a relationship-driven approach, reinforce storytelling, and foster strong internal and external partnerships.

A healthy, balanced, and growing territory.
Long-term, trusted relationships with specialty retailers.

Who You Are
Proven experience managing or developing a multi-state territory.

Specialty retail or wholesale experience preferred.

Strategic, disciplined, and relationship-driven with a long-term mindset.
