Job Summary Meneses Law has an immediate opening for an experienced Bilingual Sales Specialist to join our dynamic law firm. The Bilingual Sales Specialist will be an expert in understanding Meneses Law’s services and responding to questions and queries about our services. The ideal candidate has top‑notch sales and excellent customer service experience, attention to detail, is goal‑driven, ethical, and dedicated.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
Convert sales for our wide range of legal services; meet monthly sales goals (KPIs).
Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preference.
Document sales by updating customer records.
Stay up to date with sales trends for better services and achievement of sales.
Use emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
Close the sale and follow up through telephone and email.
Contribute ideas to improve sales and work with management to implement improvements.
Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team, including weekly/monthly follow‑up after calls. Document conversations and report concerns to management.
Adhere to a prescribed script, ensuring consistent and standardized communication.
Perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Able to type 45 WPM or more.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
1 year of sales experience or customer service experience.
Job Types Full‑time
Compensation Meneses Law believes in work–life balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
Salary Opportunities
$45,000‑$50,000 + commission.
Annual earning potential: $60,000–$90,000.
