Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution? Index Exchange is seeking an
Associate Account Manager
to join our US team, based in New York. In this role you will support programmatic agencies and marketers who leverage Index Exchange’s technology through our Demand Side Platform integrations. You will be crucial to our daily client operations while also collaborating with the account management leads to help grow our existing relationships and evangelize the Index Exchange brand in-market.
What We’re Looking For
Efficient: Your key focus is to provide essential operational support for smooth account management. This role involves assisting with day-to-day account operations, and working closely with account managers to drive seamless execution while maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborative: In order to support our agency accounts, you will work cross-functionally with account management, sales, analytics, technical, and publisher account teams to become a subject matter expert on the Index Platform in an effort to drive performance and growth of our partners.
Communicative: You will be working on a number of clients and be expected to facilitate internal communication between account managers and other Index Exchange teams to ensure deliverables stay on track and to meet deadlines.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in the day-to-day operations for our agency and brand marketer partners throughout the country for major holding companies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly.
Support account managers in collecting and analyzing data to identify key insights to help drive solutions for clients through a data-centric approach.
Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate and up-to-date account information.
Here’s What You Need
1-2 years of experience in digital media; client‑facing experience
Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and polish.
Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings, while remaining responsible, enthusiastic, proactive, and self‑motivated.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs is a requirement for the role. Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau and/or similar analytical tools is considered an asset.
Salary:
The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $92,000. The total compensation package may vary depending on non‑discriminatory factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
