Impact You Will Have As a high‑performing Account Executive, you will drive growth by connecting client challenges to tailored solutions and expanding the utilization of VC3’s products and services. With no assigned book of business, you will proactively source and engage new prospects to develop new accounts and strengthen our market presence.
What You Will Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close, increasing utilization of VC3’s products and services
Outreach and source prospects through curated lists and cold calling
Attend local networking events, trade shows, and create a presence in the community
Build relationships with decision makers and connect problems with solutions to successfully develop new accounts in assigned markets
Develop sales presentations, quotes, and proposals
Prepare accurate and thorough sales and business activity reports
Tools You Bring
3+ years of experience selling B2B products or services in a quota‑bearing hunting role
Consultative, solution‑based sales experience, including client need assessments, business case development, presentations, proposals, closing the sale, and client follow‑up
IT services/solutions sales experience – MSP, cloud, VOIP, cybersecurity – is an asset
Experience working with municipal clients or leaders is a strong asset

Competitive compensation: base salary of $70,000–$90,000 plus uncapped commission
