Department Summary Our DISH Media Ad Sales team, headquartered in New York City with additional offices in Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles, empowers brands to reach their target audiences seamlessly across the DISH and Sling platforms. Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
You will solve the complex challenge of bridging the gap between high-level media sales strategy and technical operational execution. By acting as the primary liaison for internal teams and agency partners, you ensure that every campaign is launched with precision and optimized for maximum client satisfaction. Your work directly impacts revenue growth by proactively resolving roadblocks and streamlining cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
Manage the end-to-end execution of media campaigns for assigned accounts, ensuring every launch meets strategic client objectives and delivery goals
Drive operational efficiency by leading the collaboration between Traffic, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing to resolve execution roadblocks autonomously
Optimize campaign performance through data-driven recommendations, identifying gaps and providing solutions that increase client retention and spend
Oversee the financial health of your assigned accounts by managing budget allocations and resolving billing discrepancies with high accuracy
Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to automate routine reporting tasks and analyze campaign data more efficiently, allowing for higher-level strategic support
Enhance departmental workflows by identifying recurring process issues and implementing scalable solutions that reduce manual errors

Analytical proficiency in interpreting complex media campaign data to identify performance trends and provide strategic optimizations
Advanced cross-functional collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders across Sales, Traffic, and Finance toward shared revenue objectives
Expertise in high-volume organizational management, with the ability to maintain precision while navigating shifting timelines and creative requirements
Professional communication skills, specifically the ability to articulate technical campaign logistics and reporting insights to external agency partners
AI Literacy, including the ability to leverage generative and analytical AI tools to enhance troubleshooting capabilities and operational efficiency
Critical Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of media or advertising accounts, demonstrating accountability for campaign health and client retention
Additional Qualifications Successful candidates will typically have:
A deep passion for the entertainment and streaming TV industry
A proven track record of staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance troubleshooting capabilities with minimal supervision
High level of accountability and a team-oriented mindset
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
1–3 years of experience in media, sales operations, or account coordination
Proficiency with media order management systems and CRM platforms
Experience in advanced digital traffic coordination and creative specs
Ability to use data interpretation and campaign reporting tools

Salary Ranges Compensation: $23.83/Hour - $34.06/Hour
