Compensation
Compennsation based on ecxperience commensurate.
Bonus potential paid quarterly based on mutually agreed upon performance targets. Car allowance + phone allowance.

Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Manager/Distributor to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and expanding business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Call on potential new customers & accounts
Increase sales presence within the region
Call on existing customers and increase distribution
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely in the field alongside distributor representatives
Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand distribution
Travel a minimum of one week per month within the assigned territory
Utilize basic computer skills for reporting, communication, and account management
Qualifications
Must live in Louisiana, Arkansas, Memphis Tennessee, or Mississippi
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributor partners
Willingness to travel regularly
Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets)
