What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in local government and commercial sectors - Deepen relationships with current clients to uncover additional needs and upsell solutions - Articulate the business impact of geospatial technologies and tailor solutions to client challenges - Collaborate with Bid & Proposal and Operations teams to craft winning proposals and accurate estimates - Represent the brand at industry events and contribute to blogs and forums while staying ahead of GIS trends

What is Required (Qualifications): - Proven success in selling technical or professional services within the geospatial domain - Strong understanding of Esri technologies and their application in local government and commercial environments - Ability to engage decision-makers, build trust, and close complex deals - Consultative mindset with a knack for solving business problems through technology - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Established network of contacts in State & Local Government - History of exceeding sales quotas in a technical services environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Geography, GIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
