
Outside Sales Representative

Liberty Recycling is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow existing accounts within our construction, aggregates, waste management, and recycling services lines.
This B2B field sales role is responsible for generating revenue through consultative selling, relationship management, and territory development across Middlesex, Mercer, Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties. The Outside Sales Representative works primarily in the field and reports directly to the Director of Sales – Construction & Aggregates.
Essential Functions
Generate new business and grow existing accounts by identifying customer needs related to waste disposal, recycling services, construction debris removal, and aggregate materials Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and commercial customers Manage a defined sales territory by creating and executing a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed revenue targets Conduct face-to-face B2B sales meetings, site visits, and customer consultations Educate customers on Liberty Recycling’s full portfolio of waste management and recycling solutions and value-added services Prepare customer pricing, proposals, and sales agreements; negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines Track leads, prospects, and customer activity using the company CRM (Salesforce / AMCS) Monitor local market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends within the assigned territory Maintain accurate customer records, contact lists, and follow-up activity to support pipeline growth Partner with internal operations, dispatch, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service execution Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred, but not required Minimum of 1 year of outside or field sales experience (B2B sales preferred) Customer service or account management experience with the ability to build long‑term relationships Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Strong technical and computer skills, including experience with Salesforce, AMCS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Self‑motivated, results‑driven professional comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced sales environment Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet customer and business needs Why Work for Us?
