
Escrow Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting real estate transactions? We’re looking for a dependable Escrow Assistant to join our growing North County team!
What You’ll Do:
Open and process new escrow orders in accordance with company procedures
Assist with preparation of escrow instructions and necessary documents
Order title, payoffs, inspections, and other services as needed
Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
Review and organize documents for accuracy and completeness
Input data and maintain accurate files in escrow software
Prepare closing packages and disburse funds as directed by Escrow Officer
Coordinate signing appointments with buyers, sellers, and notaries
Handle general administrative duties such as phone calls, emails, and mail
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
3+ years of escrow experience preferred
Familiarity with escrow and real estate transaction workflows
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and deadlines
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Microsoft Office
