Some Responsibilities Include:

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

Maintain/update the customer database with accurate information

Resolve Customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Outbound follow up calls to existing customers

Develop and maintain customer relationships

Dispatching and communicating with technicians

Requirements:

Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients

Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel

High school diploma or GED required

Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills

Job Types:

Part-time (This position requires a 7:30 AM start time)

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
