Customer Service Representative
who does more than just answer phones. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while also taking initiative to drive business by making outbound calls, following up on opportunities, and maximizing the daily schedule. What You'll Do This role is centered around keeping the schedule full and maximizing opportunities. You will answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism while also making outbound calls when call volume is slower to generate appointments from warm leads and existing customers. You will proactively follow up on unclosed estimates, maintenance opportunities, and prior customers in our database to convert opportunities into booked jobs. You will prioritize and schedule the most valuable calls first, ensuring the board is optimized for efficiency and revenue. You will coordinate closely with the field team to ensure smooth scheduling and communication, maintain accurate customer records, and deliver a positive, solutions-focused experience in every interaction.
What We're Looking For We are looking for someone comfortable being both reactive and proactive in their role. You should have at least one year of experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch, with home services experience preferred. You should be confident on the phone, both answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and keep conversations focused on booking the job. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers but also understands the importance of driving results and keeping the schedule full.
