Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

I’m working with a Nashville-based law firm that’s looking for a

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

with 5–7 years of experience to support a team of three attorneys (two partners and one senior associate) on transactional real estate matters.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions

Prepare, review, and manage real estate documents and contracts

Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties

Track deadlines and maintain organized files

Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal

Strong transactional knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Compensation:

Salary $75,000–$85,000
