The Lead Generation Specialist will drive business growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers (leads) through targeted marketing campaigns, cold calling, and email outreach. This position is responsible for populating the sales pipeline, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for sales teams to close deals. Position requires proficiency in utilization of CRM programs, demonstrated strong communication, and analytical abilities to measure campaign success. Job Responsibilities: Prospecting & Outreach:

Identify target audiences and conduct cold outreach via phone, email, or social media to generate interest. Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, and purchasing power to ensure they are "hot" before passing them to sales. Campaign Management:

Develop, manage, and execute lead generation campaigns (inbound/outbound) and assist with marketing events. CRM Maintenance:

Use CRM tools to manage data, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of leads and customer journeys. Performance Tracking:

Monitor key metrics like conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI to refine strategies and improve results. Collaboration:

Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned outreach. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree

in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Sales/Marketing Background:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation. Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to persuade and negotiate. Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Analytical Ability:

Skilled in evaluating data to optimize campaigns. Personality:

Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive, with the ability to handle rejection. Multitasking: Ability to juggle two or more projects simultaneously, self-starter. Analytical: Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills interacting successfully with management and team’ members. Customer focused mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Job Location The location of this job is in our Sarasota, Florida office. This position is in a climate-controlled office setting, seated at a computer.
