Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Garden City, KS, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and guiding them through the sales process. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. The role also includes participating in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and meet customer needs
Proven Sales and Sales Management skills with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Experience in Training others or a willingness to develop training skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
