At Anago of SWFL, we are expanding our high-performance sales team to drive new business, build long-term relationships, and ensure clients receive top-tier cleaning services. Our success depends on motivated salespeople who can build a robust pipeline and generate consistent revenue through hard work, relationship-building, and persistence.
This role is performance-driven with a base salary of $3,500/month (plus $500 for gas + cellphone from the company), plus 60% commission on first-month sales.
Role Overview The Salesperson is responsible for driving new business by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. You will manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will work closely with our franchisee teams to ensure smooth handoffs and top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients (businesses in need of commercial cleaning services).
Use cold calling, emails, and social media to engage leads and generate opportunities.
Attend local networking events and partner with Chamber of Commerce or other local businesses.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Client Consultations & Relationship Building
Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospects to understand their needs and pitch the benefits of Anago's cleaning services.
Provide customized proposals and work with operations to ensure client expectations are clear.
Ensure long-term client satisfaction by following up regularly, ensuring they are happy with our services, and addressing concerns promptly.
Drive new business sales through high closing rates.
Close sales and convert prospects into clients, aiming to exceed monthly sales targets.
Ensure clients sign contracts and transition smoothly into the service team.
Client Retention & Growth
Help build client loyalty by providing top-notch service and staying involved in ongoing relationships.
Assist with up-selling services to existing clients to maximize contract value.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure proper service delivery after the sale.
Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and drive leads.
Attend team meetings and provide insight into client needs and sales trends.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed sales records, reports and CRM updates.
Track and report on KPIs (e.g., calls made, appointments scheduled, deals closed).
Provide regular updates to the management team regarding pipeline health and sales progress.
Compensation
Commission: 60% of first-month contract value per client
Performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales goals
Skills & Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial cleaning or service-based industries.
Proven track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Results-driven: No excuses, only results.
Takes full ownership of sales targets.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performance team.
