Responsibilities

Promote the sale of Freightliner Trucks and Western Star Trucks through direct dealer and customer contact

Assist dealers in achieving sales objectives and planning

Monitor and report on dealer sales performance within the district

Serve as a liaison between dealers/customers and support departments

Manage dealer allocations and enforce Dealer Reservation System (DRS) policies

Qualifications

BS/BA degree and 8 years of relevant experience

Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, or 2 years of field experience

Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with up to 75% travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree preferred

Customer-facing or dealer-facing experience

Prior sales or account management experience

Product knowledge in commercial vehicles

Well-developed situational awareness in front of dealers and customers
