Our closers are supported by trained appointment setters, strong ops, and leadership that cares about
execution and scale .
The Role As a
Solar Sales Closer , your job is to: Run qualified appointments, close clean deals, and lead by example.
Responsibilities
Run preset appointments generated by setters
Conduct in-home solar consultations
Present value clearly and ethically
Close homeowners on solar solutions
Submit accurate contracts and paperwork
Work closely with ops to ensure clean installs
Track pipeline and performance metrics
Training & Support
Proven in-home sales framework
Scripted presentation flow
Objection handling systems
Deal support from leadership
Clean install and ops process
Who We’re Looking For
Prior sales experience (solar preferred, not required)
Strong closing mindset
Professional in-home presence
Ability to manage your own pipeline
High personal accountability
Comfortable with commission-based income
