Sales Plumber / Plumbing Sales Technician
who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys helping homeowners solve plumbing problems.
This is a
sales-focused plumbing position
— your job is to
diagnose issues, present solutions, and close the sale
while our install team handles the work.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose residential plumbing issues in customers’ homes
Present repair and replacement options using our pricing system
Close plumbing sales with confidence and professionalism
Deliver a
5-star customer experience
Follow up on open estimates to maximize conversions
Work closely with dispatch and install teams
Use tools like
Service Titan
to manage estimates and jobs
What We’re Looking For
5+ years plumbing sales or field sales experience
Residential plumbing experience preferred
Strong
in-home sales and closing ability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using tablets and software (ServiceTitan preferred)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
