We are looking for a

Technical Customer Support / Inside Sales Representative

who can drive customer engagement, support sales activities, and deliver tailored technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role The

Technical Customer Support / Inside Sales Representative

will play a key role in supporting sales growth by engaging with customers, preparing proposals, and managing end-to-end communication.

This role combines

customer support, inside sales, and technical solution alignment , making it ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver

customer proposals

aligned with requirements

Follow up with clients to

drive deal closure and timelines

Conduct

warm outreach

to prospective customers

Build and maintain strong

customer relationships

Present

technology solutions and product offerings

effectively

Negotiate terms and support

closing sales opportunities

Collaborate with

business development teams

to identify opportunities

Maintain accurate records in

CRM systems

Provide

exceptional customer support

and resolve inquiries promptly

Stay updated on

industry trends and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in

inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales

Strong

customer service and relationship-building skills

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Ability to

negotiation and close deals effectively

Experience working in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment

Familiarity with

technology products, cloud, or IT solutions (preferred)

Proficiency in

CRM tools and sales platforms

Strong

presentation and strategic thinking skills

Self-motivated with a

results-driven mindset

Preferred Experience

Experience in

technical channel sales

Exposure to

cloud, datacenter, or AI technology solutions

Ability to align quickly with

business goals and sales strategies

Education

Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
