Founding Account Executive , the first US‑based employee, to lead the charge in North America.
This is a rare "1st boots on the ground" role. You will work directly alongside the CEO to refine the US Go-to-Market strategy. You’ll be building the playbook, not just following one.
The Role
The Product:
A high‑impact, all‑in‑one job management platform transforming how SMBs in the manufacturing and engineering sectors operate.
The Momentum:
You’ll be stepping into a warm market with 40% inbound lead flow across North America.
The Velocity:
Fast‑paced, transactional sales cycles (2‑4 weeks) with a focus on the Texas market initially.
The Growth:
Uncapped career potential as we scale the US organization around you.
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, ideally in an early‑stage or "builder" environment.
You have a
"First‑Hire" mentality , you see gaps and fill them without being asked.
You are based in
Austin, TX , and are ready to own a greenfield territory.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on the "grind" of both cold outreach and closing.
