Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with scheduling appointments, showing properties, and completing necessary paperwork
Maintain accurate and organized client records and files
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in real estate regulations
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus
Must be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed
