Traveling Construction Superintendent (Multiple Locations Nationwide)
This week a premiere commercial builder had their HR Director reach out seeking multiple traveling superintendents to join their organization for projects in multiple locations nation wide! Ideally someone with ground up retail, technology, storage, big box, multifamily, restaurant or medical experience is needed for upcoming projects and to help fill out all the teams. If you are a commercial superintendent that likes to travel with multiple projects covering almost every corner of the United States and you can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpass client expectations, let's talk confidentially right away.
Qualifications for Travel Superintendents
5+ years
in commercial construction, experience in building retail, technology, restaurants, multifamily, Ag/Light Industrial, either ground up and/or tenant improvements; additionally looking for someone with strong medical experience
Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
Industry consistent work history
Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Carpentry experience preferred
Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
