Role Description The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily property located in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, on-site role involves managing tenant relations, supervising maintenance and staff, ensuring occupancy goals are met, and maintaining compliance with company policies and budgets. The Property Manager will also monitor property performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with the larger Property and Asset Management team to execute each property's business plan effectively.
Qualifications
Property management skills, including leadership, operations, and team supervision
Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting and reporting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and tenant relationship-building skills
Proficiency in property management software and basic computer applications
Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and compliance standards
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in multifamily property management is highly desirable
