Key Responsibilities Handle assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts Contact customers via calls, emails, and written communication to resolve outstanding balances Negotiate payment plans and arrangements Maintain accurate records of all collection activities as per compliance standards Deliver high-quality customer service and address customer concerns Use skip tracing tools to locate hard-to-reach individuals
Required Skills & Experience Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally Good organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented and reliable Basic computer proficiency Ability to obtain required collections license
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) 0–1 year experience in collections or customer service (financial environment preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools, collections software, and MS Office Understanding of collection laws and compliance standards
