What You’ll Be Doing
Answer calls, emails, and in-office inquiries
Assist with policy questions, billing, and coverage explanations
Provide ID cards, certificates, and policy documents
Support claims reporting and follow-ups
Process policy changes and renewals
Prepare applications and maintain accurate records
Ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Assist producers with quoting and follow-ups
Track pending items and support daily office operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
Property & Casualty License preferred , but not required
If not licensed, must be ready to:
Enroll in Kentucky Insurance School ($340–$380)
Study and pass both exams within 1–2 weeks prior to start

Company will reimburse licensing costs after 6 months of employment
You’ll receive hands‑on training and mentorship with a clear path for advancement.
