Job Description What you will experience in this position:

Play a key role in supporting organizational objectives by collaborating closely with the Outside Sales team to deliver exceptional service across your territory.

Build, maintain, and foster positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Manage the full order lifecycle, from quote to cash, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

Investigate, validate, and resolve customer discrepancy claims and material return requests.

Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Planning and Manufacturing, to address backorders, lead‑time inquiries, and confirm accurate shipping dates.

Resolve pricing discrepancies identified at the time of order.

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with departments such as Transportation & Distribution, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, Planning, and Finance to reach timely resolutions.

Utilize SalesForce.com CRM to track and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
