I’ve been in business for 13 years and lead a collaborative, high-energy team of 13 professionals who are committed to helping our clients succeed. We’re a leading agency in the southwest metro, known for setting ambitious goals and working together to achieve them while always putting our customers first.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where I was trained as a law enforcement officer in the National Guard. Giving back is important to me, and I’m an active member of the Chanhassen Rotary Club, supporting charitable efforts both locally and globally. I also volunteer my time coaching youth sports in the community.

Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeremy Senn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
