What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Act as a liaison between the employer, its dealerships, and additional partners

Grow and foster partnerships to enhance dealership performance

Track Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and address deficiencies or opportunities

Monitor dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with company objectives

Analyze dealer sales and local market competition to identify revenue opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree

4+ years in sales and customer service

Ability to travel 100% and be mobile, with the potential for relocation within the United States

Capability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in managing customer relationships and dealership operations

Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Proven ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
